Bright caramel tones complement the rich, nutty flavour of macadamia. This bar is made with macadamia nuts from local producer La Loma Macadamia. The macadamias are broken into pieces and provide a delicious textural crunch to the bar.
The cacao used for this chocolate comes from Valdez Cacao, a small cacao producer in the Duarte region. The farm was acquired by the Valdez family in 1963 and has approximately 22,000 cacao trees.
